The two distinct etymata of latin invadere and vas converge in the italian term of invasato (invaded).
The invaded or possessed people acts not as a mandated subject but as an instrument of a metaphysical instigator/subject, in a typology that spans the entirety of human history, from the ancient vate and prophet to the modernity of the alienated and the Phono Sapiens.
